La cita era a las 15hs, pero salí con tiempo de casa y fui en subte. Quería caminar por el centro por si encontraba algo interesante para dibujar, ya que entre la estación y la plaza hay como 20 cuadras.
Ademas, hacia un buen tiempo desde la última salida y tenía muchas ganas de ver a mis colegas.

On Saturday March 21 took place a Urban Sketchers Buenos Aires outing to Dorrego Square in San Telmo neighborhood.
The meeting was at 15hs, but I left home early and travel by subway. I wanted to walk around downtown in case I found something interesting to draw, since between the station and the square are about 20 blocks.
Also, the last meeting was a time ago and I really wanted to see my fellows.

El primer croquis es del edificio de la esquina de Alsina y Paseo Colón. Es el Railway Building que ya habia dibujado desde otro angulo. Este nuevo punto de vista me gustó, me senté y hice el dibujo de línea en 35’ aproximadamente. Con lapicera Lamy con pluma EF con tinta resistente al agua en libreta Moleskine large. Luego complete con acuarelas en casa.

This first sketch is the corner of Adolfo Alsina St. and Paseo Colon Av. It is the Railway Building that had already drawn from another angle. I liked this new point of view, I sat down and did the line work in 35 minutes approximately. With Lamy fountain pen with EF nib with water resistant ink, on Moleskine Sketchbook large. Lated completed watercolors @ my desk.
El segundo croquis lo hice sentado en una de las mesas de bar en el centro de la plaza, de un edificio de la esquina de Defensa y Humberto Primo.
Dibujado con lapicera Kaweco con pluma EF con tinta resistente al agua, en libreta Moleskine A4 para acuarela. En 2 horas y media para dibujo de línea y acuarelas. Más 3 cafés y un buen rato de charla con intercambio de dibujos para finalizar. Cerramos la tarde en el Mercado de San Telmo comiendo un sanguche de salamín con queso espectacular.

I did this second sketch on a bar table in the center of the square of a building of Defensa St. and Humberto Primo St. corner.
Drawn with Kaweco fountain pen with EF nib with water resistant ink, on Moleskine A4 watercolor sketchbook. For about 2 hs and a half to complete line work and watercolors. Plus 3 coffees, chatting time and drawing exchange. We finished the day eating a espectacular salami & cheese sandwich on the San Telmo market.
