El Domingo 16/3/14 hicimos una visita familiar a una isla del Tigre. Luego del almuerzo me escabullí de la familia y fui a dibujar a la orilla del rio. Mucho no me convenció mi punto de vista pero es lo mejor que encontre.

On Sunday 03/16/14 we made a family visit to an island on Tigre. After lunch I sneaked from family and went to the river bank. My point of view did not convinced me but it was the best I found.
Mi primer dibujo fue este muelle maltrecho y aparentemente abandonado, a contraluz. Con lapicera Kaweco con pluma EF y tinta resistente al agua y acuarelas en el lugar en libreta Moleskine sketchbook large. Tarde 1:30hs aproximadamente.

My first drawing was this battered and seemingly abandoned dock, backlighting. With Kaweco fountain pen with EF nib and water resistant ink, then watercolors on Moleskine sketchbook large. 1:30 hours drawing on site.
A la vuelta, en la lancha colectiva el viaje se hacia largo porque era la ultima del dia y juntaba mucha gente a lo largo del viaje. Saque nuevamente la libreta y un marcador Staedtler punta fina color marrón y tuve tiempo de dibujar el interior de la lancha, luego en casa agregué las personas en base a foto y acuarelas. Me llevé un disgusto al notar que la tinta no es resistente al agua. 15 minutos dibujando en la lancha, mas otros 15 completando el trabajo de linea mas acuarelas.

In the return trip in the collective boat took to long because it was the last of the day and many people gathered along the journey. Grab my sketchbook one more time and a brown Staedtler fineliner marker. Have time to draw the interior of the boat, then add people on my desk based on a cell phone pic, then watercolors. I had a disappointment to note that the ink is not waterproof. 15 minutes drawing on the boat, plus another 15 minutes completing linework, then watercolor.
